Ambala. There is a khasta kachori shop in Ambala cantonment whose name will make you think. Because the name of the shop itself forces people to think. And the taste of their khasta kachori is just like the name of the shop. There is a shop of Pahalwan ji Khasta Kachori Wale in Ambala. Its taste has not changed for five decades. Their khasta kachori is such that people come from far and wide to taste it. People finish 1000 pieces of kachori every day. Two kachoris are available for 30 rupees.

Which was established in 1968. This shop has been around for more than 50 years. This shop is now being run by the third generation of the shop owner. This shop is so famous in Ambala that people come from far and wide to eat their crispy kachori. Along with crispy kachori, their potato curry and chutney are also very much liked. People start lining up at the shop from early morning. Here you will get a plate of kachori for 30 rupees. People finish 500 plates of kachori every day.

Coming to Ambala is incomplete without eating their Kachori

If someone comes to Ambala for a visit, he definitely eats Pahalwan ji’s crispy kachori. Although tikki and samosas are also available in this shop. But their crispy kachori has a different taste. People say that whenever they come to Ambala, they definitely eat Pahalwan ji’s crispy kachori. The taste of their family is associated with this shop. Deepak Namdev, the third generation of the shop owner, says that this shop was started by his grandfather in 1968 in the name of Pahalwan ji. He used to do wrestling. Due to which people also called him Pahalwan ji. He told that this shop gets a lot of love from the people. Due to which even today the old taste of crispy kachori is present in the hearts of the people.
