Pakistan Army: A very shocking case has come to light in Pakistan, in which it was found that a man was missing since last 6 months i.e. March. He was not anywhere else but in the clutches of Pakistani Army. According to Dawn’s report, the Defense Ministry gave this information to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday (December 27). The name of the victim is Mudassar Khan, who reportedly went missing from Muzaffarabad in Azad Jammu and Kashmir in March. A petition was filed in the court on the matter by the victim’s wife Nazima Fatehyab, in which it was told that the Defense Ministry has also filed a case against her husband without any reason.
Petitioner’s lawyer Iman Zainab Mazari, Brigadier Falak Naz from the Defense Ministry and Assistant Attorney General were presented in the court before IHC Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani regarding the matter. The petitioner’s lawyer requested the court to allow Khan’s family to meet him.

The court directed the Defense Ministry to facilitate the meeting as per law and adjourned the hearing to the next date. During the last hearing, Justice Kayani had directed the Director General of Military Intelligence to submit an intelligence report based on Khan’s whereabouts. The petitioner said that her husband’s case is pending with the Missing Persons Commission since August. She claimed that in November she had received a call from her missing husband, who said he was in the custody of an unknown agency. She requested the court to direct the authorities to present her husband before the appropriate forum.
