China Pakistan News: Pakistan is currently facing its own terrorists. Pakistan is currently fighting war on many fronts inside the house due to the incident of train hijack in Balochistan and then the army convoy in Nausheki. Tehreek Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Baloch rebel are targeting Shahbaz Sharifβs army. Since the train hijack in Balochistan, China is also continuously putting pressure on Pakistan for tight security in that area.
Chinese project hovering threatened
At present, the situation in Balochistan of Pakistan is very bad. The intervention of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has now increased in the region, due to which China seems to be threatened by the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project. China has spent billions of rupees on this project. Tilak Devashar, a member of Indiaβs National Security Advisory Board and a specialist in Pakistan affairs, said that China wants to deploy special security personnel in Balochistan.
China can impose a fine on Pakistan
Pakistan affairs expert Tilak Devashar said that geographically Balochistan is a place where Pakistan cannot allow the deployment of Chinese soldiers under any circumstances. Pakistan has failed to provide security to the employees of China associated with the Gwadar project and its road project. In the last few days, many Chinese employees have been the target of BLA in this area. In such a situation, China can ask for borrowing money to Pakistan. Can also impose a fine.
China wants its army deployment
Devashar said that the biggest fear within China is that if BLA fighters can hijack the train, then what would happen in the days if they occupy Gwadar Port or Power Project or Gwadar Airport? He said that in view of the safety of its employees, China has demanded to increase the security of these areas or deploy its army, as is at the Hambantota port in Sri Lanka. He told that Pakistan does not want to do this because there is a question of its credibility and prestige.
Tilak Devashar has also expressed apprehension that China may get private security deployed in these areas. He said, βPakistanβs biggest problem is that it does not look into itself. Pakistan has been blaming India since 1947 on every small problem.β
