Asian Cup 2023: Pakistan team is trying to recover from the crushing defeat of 228 runs against India in the Asia Cup. Pakistan Cricket Board has also made a special plan to bring the players out of the shock of defeat. Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Zaka Ashraf had dinner with the players of Pakistan cricket team in Colombo. Ashraf instructed the players that they should forget the defeat against India and focus on the remaining matches.
On Monday, Pakistan cricket team had to face its biggest defeat against India in ODI format. India had set a target of 357 runs for Pakistan to win. In response, Pakistan team was all out after scoring only 128 runs. No player from Pakistan could even score a half-century. Not only this, three Pakistani players Naseem Shah, Haris Rauf and Agha Salman also got injured during this match.
PCB organized a dinner to boost the morale of the team. In this dinner, Ashraf told the players, “Whatever had to happen has happened, now we should focus on the remaining matches.” Winning and losing are part of the game. One should not lose heart after any defeat. There is a need for improvement by learning from mistakes.

Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam is also focused on winning the tournament. Babar said, “We will try our best to win the Asia Cup. We want to make a comeback by winning the remaining matches.
