Ingredients for making spinach radish curry
Radish with leaves – 2
Spinach – 1 bunch
Garlic – 15 cloves
Green chili – 3-4
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste
How to make Spinach Radish Vegetable
The vegetable made from spinach and radish is full of nutrition as well as tasty. To make this, first break the leaves of radish and after that wash these leaves and spinach with clean water and chop them finely. After this, cut radish into small pieces as well. Now take 5-6 garlic and chop them and crush the rest of the garlic. After this, finely chop the green chillies as well.
Now pour water in a vessel, put radish and its leaves in it and boil, so that the leaves and radish become soft. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, asafoetida and chopped garlic and fry for a few seconds. After this, put finely chopped green chilies in the pan. When the chilies start crackling, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and fry them.

Now add some water to the spices and mix salt according to taste and cook. When the water starts boiling, put crushed garlic and radish leaves in it. After cooking for 2-3 minutes, add chopped spinach and cook. When the spinach and radish leaves become soft, put radish pieces on top. Now cover the pan and cook the vegetable for 4-5 minutes. During this, stir the vegetable from time to time with a ladle, then turn off the gas. Spinach radish curry, full of taste and nutrition, is ready. Serve it with roti or paratha.
