Paneer – 250 grams
Flour – 1/2 cup
Corn starch – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 3/4 tsp
Breach powder – 1/2 cup
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Paneer Fingers
To make Paneer Fingers, first take paneer and cut it in the shape of fingers. After this, put paneer pieces in a big bowl, add red chili powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala and a little salt and mix all the spices well. Now let the paneer marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all purpose flour and corn starch in another bowl. Add some salt and water to it and prepare the batter.
