In Patna, even after the administration’s prohibition against encroachment on the public drain and any kind of construction on the Khas Mahal land, about 40 miscreants reached there and broke the public drain and started construction work illegally. When the local people opposed this, the miscreants started abusing and fighting with them. The case pertains to Samaddar Path located on Daldali Road under Kadam Kuan police station.

what is the matter

Local people say that 40 miscreants reached on Friday after the administration’s ban on any kind of construction work on the land of Khas Mahal (lease land) in Samddar Path, Daldali Road. There is a public drain between Khasmahal land Block E, Plot No. 19 and the house built on Raiti land, which the miscreants started breaking. When a 63-year-old elderly woman, Rajkumari Devi, protested from inside the house after seeing the drain being broken, the miscreants started throwing stones at her, injuring her. As soon as the miscreants pelted stones, there was an atmosphere of chaos. The local people immediately informed the police of Kadam Kuan police station about the incident. As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot and pacified the matter by driving away the miscreants.
