While giving information to Local 18, Mohan Joshi, owner of The Buffet Snack Shop, said that his father had a small tea shop from which he ran the family. After completing his studies, he went to Delhi where he started working. He also worked in Delhi-based Britannia Company. After his father’s death, he came back to his family and started his father’s shop in a new avatar.
Delhi Coffee in Dehradun
Earlier this type of coffee was not available in Dehradun, so he learned the flavor from Delhi and started serving it. Along with this, he also started giving people the taste of snacks. Although they make many types of snacks but the most popular is bread roll, which is called cutlet. He says that he has been trying to serve the same old taste to the people for the last 45 years. They want to serve their customers the same quality with which people were associated earlier.
Although people of all ages enjoy snacks and coffee here, but youngsters coming from college and visiting in the evening like the food here because they have kept the prices of everything very low.

Saurabh, a customer who came to this shop, told that he has been eating snacks here for the last 10 years. One day, when he was passing through the road, he liked the crowd here and then when he tasted the snacks here, he also liked it. They like the cutlets here whose layers and stuffing are very good.
