Bhure Bhai, who sells chaat, says that papdi chaat special is made at his place. First, they take papdi prepared from white flour, break it and add peas, tomatoes, onions, chillies, chutney, paneer etc. to it and make it tasty. After this, whoever eats it, becomes crazy and after eating it once, definitely comes again.

Bhure Bhai told that when he started this work, he had kept the price of chaat only Rs.10, but as the inflation increased, the price of chaat also increased. Today the price of chaat is 30 rupees and people still come to eat it in the same way as they used to come 20 years ago.
