Ashok told that in 2010 he started mushroom cultivation and after that in 2015 the idea of ​​making mushroom sweets came.

Jalebi is made from mushroom powder
Ashok Kumar prepares Jalebi, Ghevar, Laddoos, Gulab Jamun, Barfi and many other types of sweets from mushroom powder. Although, the process of making mushroom jalebi is same as that of common jalebi, but maida is used in common jalebi. Ashok uses mushroom powder and his own special masala for mushroom jalebi. After that prepare it in desi ghee like common jalebi.

Mixing milk in sugar syrup
Told that milk is also used in the sugar syrup in which Jalebi is kept to sweeten it. Told that he does not use any kind of chemical to make his Jalebi. Mushroom powder is made after drying the mushroom and after that spices are added to make jalebi and other sweets in desi ghee.
