The terror of leopard is continuously increasing in Moradabad division. Leopard was seen in Kanth and Pakbara area on Monday night. On Chetrampur road in Kanth, the leopard suddenly came in front of the contractor’s car and sat down in the middle of the road.

On the other hand, panic arose when a leopard was seen in Guraitha village adjacent to Pakbara. A cage was set up here to catch the leopard. Due to the fear of the leopard, farmers are not going to the fields. Riyazuddin, a resident of Mohalla Pattiwala of Kanth, is a contractor of the Nagar Panchayat.

At present, he is getting a garbage dump constructed on the road of Chetrampur village. On Monday night, he went to see the work of the garbage dump. He was returning at around 11 pm. When he came near the firecracker factory on Chetrampur road, suddenly a leopard came in front of his car.

The leopard sat on the road for a minute and later went and sat in the sugarcane field on the side of the road. Riyazuddin captured the picture of the leopard in his camera. The leopard has been seen continuously on Chetrampur road for the last several days. Due to which the fear of leopard has spread in Chetrampur, Baroda Viran, Man Nagar etc. areas.

On the other hand, a leopard was seen near Sukhveer Singh’s house in Guraitha village adjacent to Pakbara on Tuesday. After this, there was a stir in the area. The villagers informed the forest department about this. The forest department team has set up a cage after reaching the village.

Former Pradhan Sushil Singh said that the villagers are not going to the fields due to fear of leopard. Till Tuesday evening, the leopard had not come to the cage installed in the village. The area is being monitored by the forest department and the police department.
