According to the report of the Daily Star News website, 26-year-old Julio Cesar Bermejo is a Peruvian delivery driver who has recently been arrested with a mummy. Investigation revealed that the man had named the mummy as Juanita and started considering her as his spiritual girlfriend. Police arrested the person
The police arrested Julio on 25 February from an archaeological site where he had come to drink beer with his friends. Along with that he had also brought the dead body so that he could show it to his friends. However, Julio denied that he wanted to sell the corpse. The police seized the mummy and handed it over to the Ministry of Culture. Julio told that his father gave him the mummy which was in their family for the last 30 years. However, the police have not received any information about where she came from to her father. The police arrested Julio and his friends, but the worst news for the man came to the fore when the body was examined.

The mummy which Julio made his girlfriend thinking it to be a woman’s corpse, was actually a man’s corpse. Investigation revealed that it was the corpse of a male up to 45 years old who must have died 600 to 800 years ago. The body of that corpse was less than 5 feet, in such a way it was less than the height of today’s average men.
