Pineapple sauce
2 cups of pineapple pieces
Taste salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Make pineapple chutney like this:
First step: First of all add chopped pineapple in a pan. Then add salt, chili powder, roasted cumin powder, curry leaves, vinegar and sugar.
Second step: After this, cover all these things and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Now remove the lid and cook well till the sugar syrup is made.
Third step: When the syrup is made, apply a light coat on the pineapple. Now your sour-sweet pineapple sauce is ready. Serve it with hot gram flour or moong dal cheela.
