How to make Pink City’s Pink Dosa
This pink masala dosa was started 1 year ago. When Santosh Kumar Yadav, who usually prepares masala dosa, tells. That from the beginning we have been making normal masala dosa. But we thought of doing some new experiments in Masala Dosa and making something special on the theme of Jaipur. Which can become famous as the identity of the city.

Santosh Kumar says that we started making the normal masala dosa in pink colour. In which to make the masala dosa pink, we tried using beetroot juice in it. In which the pink juice of beetroot is mixed in the solution of masala dosa to give it a pink color and also when grated beetroot is used in the masala inside the masala dosa, the taste of the masala becomes tremendous. This is how this pink masala dosa started.

In this Masala Dosa, we prepare Paneer, Cheese and spices along with beetroot but potatoes are not used in it, only onion-tomato masala is added. Due to which its taste becomes different from other masala dosa.
