PM Kisan Scheme: Farmers eagerly wait for the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi to come into their account. 13th installment has not reached the account. The farmers are waiting for this installment. No statement has been made officially regarding the release of the installment from the Centre. However, the possibility of the arrival of the installment is being expressed in February itself. Finance minister did not give relief in the budget

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sita Raman presented the budget on February 1. In the budget, the farmers expected that the number of installments could be increased from 3 to 4. Till now the farmers get 6 thousand rupees. On increasing the installment, the farmers will start getting Rs 8,000. During the long period of presenting the budget, the central government did not discuss anything in this regard regarding the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.

Funds of PM Samman Nidhi will not increase

No announcement has been made in the budget regarding the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, but during the proceedings in the Lok Sabha, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has made the picture very clear regarding the increase in the installment. According to media reports, Agriculture Minister Tomar has said in his reply in the Lok Sabha that at present no funds will be increased for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. This statement of the Agriculture Minister has shocked crores of farmers who were expecting an increase in installment.

The central government only bears the entire cost of the scheme.

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Kendra is a scheme. This has proved to be a very profitable scheme politically and economically. The entire expenditure of this scheme is borne by the Central Government. The state government does not participate financially in this scheme in any way. This scheme was started at the end of the year 2018-19.

Rs 2.24 lakh crore sent to the accounts of 11.5 crore farmers

Recently, under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, how much money has been sent to the farmers’ accounts of the country. Information regarding this was presented in the Parliament by the Central Government. According to records, Rs 2.24 lakh crore has been sent to the accounts of 11.5 crore farmers. Out of this amount, during Kovid, a large amount was sent to the farmers’ account. Around Rs 1.7 lakh crore has been transferred. This has helped the farmers of the country a lot in running their daily expenses during the pandemic.
