PM Kisan Scheme: Many schemes are run by the Government of India for farmers. The amount of the scheme is credited directly to the farmers’ account in three installments of Rs 2000 at an interval of four months.

Now there is another good news for the farmers that the amount of Rs 6000 given under the scheme can now be increased. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers associated with it are given ₹6000 annually by the government as financial benefit. Recently, the 17th installment of the scheme has been released to the farmers. About 9 crore farmers have benefited from it. So now the good news for the farmers is that the amount of ₹6000 received under the scheme can now be ₹8000.
Actually, there are reports that in the upcoming budget, the government can take a big decision for the farmers and announce it. If this happens, then an additional burden of Rs 20 thousand crores will increase on the government treasury. Let us tell you that for a long time, there has been a demand to increase the amount of the scheme to Rs 8000. However, it will be clear only in the budget whether the government will increase the money or not.
Farmers of Rajasthan are getting 8000 rupees
Let us tell you that all the farmers across the country get the benefit of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana run by the government. However, some eligibility has been fixed for this and the farmers have to fulfill them. The rest of the farmers across the country are getting Rs 6000. But in Rajasthan, farmers are given Rs 8000.
Just a few days ago, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma had increased the scheme by Rs 2000 on behalf of the state government under the Annadaata Utthan Sankalp. If the central government increases the amount of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to Rs 8000, then the farmers of Rajasthan will get Rs 10,000 annually.
