PM Kisan Yojana: The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana provides financial assistance to small and marginal farmers. Financial assistance of Rs 6,000 per year is provided to eligible farmers in three installments of Rs 2,000 each. Farmers can check their eligibility online, through e-KYC, Common Service Center or phone number. Application can be done online or offline.

Who are the beneficiaries of the scheme?
- Small and marginal farmers who have less than 2 hectares of cultivable land.
- Institutional landholders such as agricultural universities, research institutes, and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) are not eligible for the scheme.
- All farmers who apply for the scheme and meet the eligibility criteria.
