Hindu Sena has filed an application in the Ajmer District Court against the Prime Minister sending a chadar to Ajmer Sharif Dargah, demanding an immediate ban on the chadar.
The application filed by Hindu Sena will be heard on Saturday (January 4, 2025) at 10 am in the court of Ajmer Civil Judge Manmohan Chandel. Hindu Sena President Vishnu Gupta said that sending chadar on behalf of the Prime Minister will affect our case, hence sending chadar should be stopped immediately.

Vishnu Gupta said that he believes that there will be a stay on the sheet during the hearing because his case is being affected by that sheet. He said that the Prime Minister belongs to everyone. Gupta said, “The Ministry of Minority Affairs, SI/Government of India itself is involved in this case. In such a situation, if the sheet comes from the Government of India only, then who will give me justice? I have full faith in the court and the judicial system, hence I want that till the time this case is going on in the District Court, there should be a ban on chadar. A person holding any kind of constitutional post should not send a sheet there.
