Prime Minister Narendra Modi will stay in Aligarh for one hour and five minutes on April 22. Their proposed minute to minute program has also been released on 20th April and air trials were also conducted regarding the arrival. Here, SSP Sanjeev Suman along with the staff took stock from the helipad to the venue and reviewed the security points and did homework on the deployment of the force.
According to the program released from the PMO, he will address the public meeting for 40 minutes out of the total one hour and five minutes. During this time they will come by MI-17 helicopter. Preparations for his arrival are in the final stages. A pandal has been prepared for public seating using German hangar technology. The stage and helipad site has also been constructed. SPG officials are continuously camping. In this sequence, a trial of landing of army helicopter was conducted on the helipad on Saturday. Helicopters were landed here thrice. There was a crowd during this period.
Here, SSP Sanjeev Suman brainstormed on police deployment while looking at the arrangements from the helipad to the venue. The SSP reviewed the preparations made by the officers and took stock of the arrangements. There was a detailed on-site inspection of parking of vehicles, cleanliness, proper arrangement of mobile toilet at the venue, gallery for VVIP and media in the meeting, access roads and all the checking points in the premises and discussion was held on deployment of force. . There was discussion on arrangements for ambulances along with fire brigade and medical team to deal with the emergency. During this time all the officers of the district police were present.
