PM modi wishes Iifa for incredible 25 years: International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) recently celebrated its completion of 25 years. On 8 and 9 March, IIFA celebrated its silver jubilee in Jaipur. During this time, Bollywood stars gathered with their performance. At the same time, PM Modi has congratulated IIFA for completion of 25 years.
IIFA has shared the letter sent by PM Modi on Instagram. It reads- ‘I was happy to know about the 25th season of the International Indian Film Academy Awards. This two -and -a -half decade journey shows all those people, makers, directors, artists, musicians, technicians and other professional and most importantly, the commitments of audiences around the world who have contributed to making IIFA global.
‘Cinema India’s most powerful story storytelling …’
PM Modi further wrote in the letter- ‘Cinema is one of the medium of telling India’s most powerful story, which presents a glimpse of our rich heritage, diverse culture and social landscape to the world. Through its grandeur, depth and creative brightness, Indian cinema has attracted worldwide audiences, which has become a rich story storytelling traditions and is working as a bridge between cultures.
‘This 25th year of IIFA Awards should be a big success’
It is written in the letter- ‘Platforms like IIFA Awards ensure that such cinematic talent is celebrated and encouraged. IIFA has also played a role in increasing the youth and talent in the industry. By providing a platform where new artists, filmmakers and technicians can showcase their art with Experial Global Professional, IIFA has encouraged the next generation of artists to learn from the best as well as to join them. This 25th year of IIFA Awards should be a big success. It became inspiration for the next 25 years of development and achievement.
