The Supreme Court has today overturned a decision giving protection to corrupt leaders of the Indi alliance. I welcome this decision. After this decision of the Supreme Court, there is mourning in Indi Alliance because Indi Alliance does not know anything other than bribery, corruption and corrupting the systems of the country.

In fact, in September last year, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin’s son Udhayanidhi Stalin had compared Sanatan Dharma to ‘Dengue’ and ‘Malaria’. A big controversy had arisen regarding this statement. Udayanidhi had also said that it should not only be opposed but also ‘eradicated’.

Supreme Court shows strictness on minister’s comments

Udhayanidhi Stalin had said that Sanatan Dharma is against social justice and equality and it should be eradicated. During the hearing on this comment on Monday, the Supreme Court took a tough stance and reprimanded him, and also raised questions in a very strict tone.

The bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Dutta told Stalin that you have misused your rights under Articles 19(1)A and 25 and then why have you come to the Supreme Court after doing so?

The top court said, “You should have realized what you have said, you are a minister, not a common man.” You should know the result.” The bench said that now you are exercising your right under Article 32 (to file a petition in the Supreme Court). Justice Khanna advised Stalin to go to the High Court.
