The grand temple (Abu Dhabi Temple Inauguration) was inaugurated on Wednesday (February 14, 2024) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. During this time the Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narendra Modi) Was seen carving something on the stone with a chisel and hammer. The Indian community of UAE is very happy about the inauguration of the grand temple. A large number of Indian people had reached there on this occasion.

Before the inauguration process of the temple (BAPS Temple Inauguration), Prime Minister Modi met people of different communities who contributed to the construction of the first Hindu temple here. He also participated in the Global Aarti which was organized simultaneously by BAPS in more than 1200 temples of Swaminarayan sect across the world. Bochasan resident Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha i.e. BAPS has constructed the temple.

What did PM Modi carve on the stone with chisel and hammer?
The Prime Minister also inscribed Sudhaiva Kutumbakam on the stone in the temple using a hammer and chisel. Before this, Prime Minister Modi touched the feet of BAPS spiritual guru Mahant Swami Maharaj and took his blessings. Then water was offered in the artificially created rivers Ganga and Yamuna in the temple.

Officials told the specialty of Abu Dhabi temple
According to the temple authorities, the grand temple has been built as per the ancient style of construction mentioned in the craft and architecture scriptures and Hindu scriptures. Despite the extreme temperatures in UAE, devotees will not face any problem in walking on these tiles even in summer. Non-ferrous materials have also been used in the temple. Swami Brahmaviharidas, head of international relations for BAPS, said, ‘Here architectural methods have been combined with scientific techniques. More than 300 high-tech sensors have been installed at every level of the temple to measure temperature, pressure and motion (seismic activity). The sensors will provide live data for research. If there is any earthquake in the area, the temple will detect it and we will be able to study.
