PM Narendra Modi in Bulandshahar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Today i.e. Thursday (January 25) we will go to Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh and Jaipur in Rajasthan. PM will inaugurate many development projects during this period. He will also address public meetings during this period.
According to the information, the Prime Minister will attend the program in Bulandshahr at around 1:45 pm. During this, he will inaugurate many development projects worth more than Rs 19,100 crore, which include many important projects like rail, road, oil and gas and urban development and housing.
Many important projects from rail to road
Prime Minister during the program in Bulandshahr, 173 km long double line between New Khurja-New Rewari on Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC), fourth line connecting Mathura-Palwal section and Chipiyana Buzurg-Dadri section, four-lane work package from Aligarh to Bhadwas. -1 (part of Aligarh-Kanpur section of NH-34), widening of NH-709A, four-laning of Shamli-Muzaffarnagar section of NH-709AD Package-II and other road projects.

During this period, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate the Tundla-Gawariya pipeline of Indian Oil. This 255 km long pipeline project, built at a cost of about Rs 700 crore, has been completed much ahead of schedule. The PM will also inaugurate the Integrated Industrial Township Project spread over 747 acres in Greater Noida. This project, costing Rs 1,714 crore, is located along the Eastern Peripheral Expressway in the south and the Delhi-Howrah broad gauge railway line in the east. Apart from this, the PM will also inaugurate the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Mathura Sewerage Scheme, Moradabad (Ramganga) sewerage system and STP works built at a cost of about Rs 460 crore. Regarding this visit, UP BJP President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary said, “PM Modi will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate some development projects today. After this, PM Modi will address a public meeting.”
What is the importance of which project?
The new DFC section is very important. It connects Western and Eastern DFC. Apart from this, this section is also known for special engineering achievements. It also has a 1 km long double line rail tunnel with electric work at high altitude, which is the first of its kind in the world. This tunnel has been designed to operate double-stack container trains seamlessly. This new DFC section will help in improving the operation of passenger trains due to diversion of goods trains on DFC tracks.
Mathura-Palwal section and Chipiyana Budjar-Dadri section will improve rail connectivity of Delhi to South Western and Eastern India. Indian Oil’s Tundla-Gawariya pipeline with pumping facilities at Mathura and Tundla and delivery facilities at Tundla, Lucknow and Kanpur will significantly ease the transportation of petroleum products from Tundla to Gawariya T-point of Barauni-Kanpur pipeline.
What will be the benefit of sewage treatment project?
Mathura Sewerage Scheme involves construction of 30 MLD STP at Masani, reconstruction of existing 30 MLD Trans Yamuna and 6.8 MLD STP at Masani and construction of 20 MLD TTRO plant. Moradabad (Ramganga) Sewerage system and STP work project will work to protect the Ramganga river from pollution in Moradabad.
Meeting with French President in Jaipur
The Prime Minister will welcome French President Emmanuel Macron in Jaipur at around 5.30 pm. The Prime Minister, along with President Emmanuel Macron, will visit various places of cultural and historical importance in the city, including Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal.
