Under this scheme, 60% of the solar unit cost for power generation capacity up to 2 kW and 40 percent of the panel cost for power generation capacity between 2 to 3 kW is given by the government in the form of subsidy. If we look at today’s solar panel cost, this subsidy will be Rs 30,000 for 1 kW system, Rs 60,000 for 2 kW system and Rs 78,000 for solar panels of 3 kW or more…

Money comes in so many days
According to the 2024 budget, the government had said to provide 300 units of electricity to 1 crore families. Under this scheme, you will first have to apply online, which you can do through its official website, after this, if you are found eligible, the government will ask you for the details of your account, in which you will have to give a canceled check along with the account information. . After this, the process of getting subsidy may take up to 30 days.

Subsidy process will be speeded up

But in future, National Payment Corporation will be included in it, due to which check and bank account verification in subsidy will be eliminated.
