Prime Minister Narendra Modi PM Surya Ghar Yojana was launched in January this year. Under this scheme, the government will install solar panels on the roofs of one crore houses in the country. Under this scheme, up to 300 units of free electricity will also be given. And after this, if the electricity generated from the solar panel is not fully used, then that electricity can also be sold to the government. The government will give subsidy on the installation of solar panels to any person who installs solar panels. How much subsidy will be available?
Under the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana, different types of subsidies are given for installing solar panels of different capacity. If a person installs a 1 kilowatt solar system, a subsidy of Rs 30,000 is given. Similarly, a subsidy of Rs 60,000 is given on 2 kilowatt and Rs 78,000 on solar panel connection of 3 kilowatt or more.

During the application, you will have to enter your mobile number. After this, equity will also come on your registered mobile number, after entering it, you will be able to start the registration process.
After this, some important information will be asked from you, which you will have to give. And you will also have to give your information. Some documents will also be required for the scheme application. These include documents like Aadhar card, domicile certificate, electricity bill, bank passbook, four passport size photos, ration card, income certificate.
