There is such a Poha shop in Gwalior where Poha with vitamins is available. The shop operator says that the poha available at his place is not harmful to health in any way.
A huge crowd can be seen at a shop in the morning near Naya Bazar intersection of the city. The reason for which is the delicious Poha available at this shop. People from not only the country but also from abroad come to this shop, famous as Agarwal Poha, to have breakfast of Poha. Shop operator Subhash Singhal said that he has been selling Poha at this place for the last 25 years, he told that when he started in Gwalior at Rs. Used to be able to sell, but people liked the poha made by him so much that now he sells 35 to 40 kg of poha daily for Rs.30 per plate.
Poha with vitamins is available with raspberry chilli
Subhash says that the poha they feed to people is not harmful in any way. After putting poha which is heated on the steam of water in the plate placed here, onions, tomatoes, peanuts and a special masala prepared by them are added, garnished with coriander and served with raspberry chillies. Subhash told that many people copied the Rasbhari Chilli found at his place, but even today people demand a lot of Rasbhari Chilli from his place.
Not only is the Poha available at Agarwal Poha special, apart from this, people also like the Jalebi and Dhokla available at his shop. While some eat it here, there are many who pack it and take it home to feed their family healthy poha.
