On Sunday, the police arrested two smack smugglers in the Loha Mandi police station area of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. One kg 100 grams of smack worth Rs 2.20 crore was recovered from them. The police is interrogating the accused about the network and peddlers.
Anti Narcotics Unit and Loha Mandi Police arrested two smack smugglers near GIC ground on Sunday. Smack worth Rs 2.20 crore was recovered from them. Both the accused are residents of Kasganj.
Imran and Shekhu, residents of Vadnagar in Kasganj, are smack smugglers. Both were supplying smack in Agra for a long time. Anti Narcotics Operational Unit and Loha Mandi Police laid a trap to arrest the smugglers after receiving information on Sunday. Both were caught by the police near the broken boundary wall near GIC ground.
1 kg 100 grams of smack was recovered from the smugglers. Its price in the international market is more than Rs 2.20 crore. DCP City Suraj Kumar Rai said that the police team under the leadership of ACP Loha Mandi Mayank Tiwari is interrogating the smugglers. Their network is being investigated. The police is looking for their peddler in Agra.
