In the case of the murder of a woman resident of Ayodhya by raping and looting in the capital Lucknow, the police have arrested one of the accused. Malihabad Police and Crime Branch together revealed this sensational incident. The arrested accused Dinesh Kumar is a resident of Basantkunj Yojana in Dubgga area. Documents looted from e-auto and woman used in the incident have been recovered from its possession. The main accused is the real brother Ajay of the accused. Which is still absconding. The police has declared a reward of one lakh on this.

DCP Paschim Vishwajit Srivastava said that with the help of active mobile number near the spot, information about the mobile of the accused was found. With the help of footage and surveillance, on Thursday, the police arrested Dinesh in the crime near the Sisi Bagh in Malihabad. When questioned, the accused said that his real brother Ajay was also involved in the incident.

Ajay had left the woman from the Alambagh bus station in e-auto. He seated brother Dinesh near the blind post. On reaching Mohammadnagar in Malihabad, the woman’s mobile was snatched. After this, the accused took the woman to Vajidnagar Bagh. Attempted rape. On protesting the woman, the accused strangled her with her clothes worn. After this, his mobile phone, jewelry and bags escaped.

Running in search of Ajay fleeing

DCP West said that both the brothers involved in the incident are professional criminals. A total of eight cases of theft, rape and gangster are already registered against the arrested Dinesh. At the same time, 22 cases of theft, gangster have been registered against absconding accused Ajay in the city. The DCP said that many teams of police are searching for the runaway Ajay. Some of his close ones have been detained for questioning.

Extended section of rape and robbery

In the case of the murder of the woman, there was a possibility of rape from the beginning. After the killer Dinesh was caught, the police has now increased section 64 (1) of the rape and section 309 (4) of the robbery in the case. The increase in both the sections in the case is confirming that the woman was raped and Dinesh, Ajay, may be involved in the incident. At present, the police claim that there was an attempt to rape the woman. Dinesh and Ajay were involved in the incident.
