After getting information from Avnish Dixit, who was in jail for attempting to grab Nazul land in Civil Lines, during his ten-day remand, the police have started questioning his close ones. In this sequence, a police team reached the house of Kushagra Pandey, former general secretary of the Press Club, on Sunday.
Kushagra was not found but the police questioned his family members and asked them to join the investigation. Meanwhile, the police raided different places in search of extortionist Kamlesh Fighter and Avnish’s close aide Wasim Khan. The police team reached the house of former Press Club General Secretary Kushagra Pandey late in the evening. The police officers asked the family members about Kushagra. On getting information from the family members, Kushagra spoke to the Harbansh Mohalla police station in-charge. He also sent a message to the Police Commissioner on his mobile saying that he is ready to cooperate with the police in the investigation.
