Poonam Pandey can become the brand ambassador of the government’s ongoing awareness program regarding cervical cancer.
In fact, at the beginning of this month, Poonam Pandey’s PR team had posted false news of the actress’ death from her official Instagram account. It was told in the post that the actress has died due to cervical cancer. The news of the actress’s sudden death due to illness had surprised everyone. But the very next day it was revealed that this news was fake and Poonam had done this stunt to spread awareness about cervical cancer.
Poonam Pandey suddenly became alive
On February 3, Poonam Pandey posted a video and informed that she was alive. She said- ‘I feel compelled to do this. I am sharing some important things with all of you, I am here, alive. Cervical cancer did not kill me, but it has taken the lives of thousands of women, due to lack of information about how to deal with this disease.
Poonam Pandey said- ‘I faked my death for awareness’
Poonam further said- ‘Unlike other cancers, cervical cancer can be prevented. The important thing is that there is HPV vaccine and early detection tests for this. We have the means to ensure that no one dies from this disease. Poonam said that she had faked her death just to make people aware of cervical cancer.

Poonam Pandey is a model and actress by profession. He made his Bollywood debut in the year 2013 with the film Nasha. She has appeared in many series and Telugu films. Apart from this, Poonam also became the Kingfisher Calendar Girl in the year 2011.
