One such shop is Mahajan Paratha Center near Nehru Stadium in Burhanpur district. Dnyaneshwar Mahajan has been setting up a paratha shop here for the last 10 years. Initially they used to make potato parathas, but now after the demand of the people, they are making and selling potato, methi, gobi, paneer and cheese parathas.
Here Aloo Paratha is available for only ₹ 15, Paneer and Cheese Paratha for ₹ 40 and Methi and Cabbage Parathas are given for only ₹ 20. There is a crowd of people here from morning till late night to eat parathas. The specialty of their parathas is that they are made immediately within 5 minutes of receiving the order. When there are hot parathas, people also take parcels along with the food.
Hot parathas are made quickly
When the Local 18 team spoke to Dnyaneshwar Mahajan, who runs the paratha shop, he told that he was the first to sell potato parathas. But now along with potato paratha, I have also started making Methi Paratha, Gobi Paratha, Sev Paratha, Paneer Paratha and Cheese Paratha. People like to eat potato parathas the most. Potato Paratha can be prepared in 5 minutes. Along with which chutney and pickle are also given, which tastes very tasty. Along with food, people also take parcels for their family members.
Paratha spices are made from home spices
Dnyaneshwar, who runs the paratha shop, says that to make parathas, first of all I prepare the spices at home. I prepare parathas for customers using homemade spices. Therefore its taste increases even more. People reach the shop from morning till late night to eat parathas.
