1 tbsp oil

¼ cup crushed garlic

1 tablespoon peanuts

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp whole coriander

¼ tsp fenugreek

¼ cup dry coconut

1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder

¼ tsp turmeric

1 tsp mango powder

1 pinch asafoetida

½ tsp salt

Dry garlic chutney can be prepared in many ways according to taste, season and dish. Know the best recipe for making dry garlic chutney.

1- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add ¼ cup crushed garlic into it.

2- Fry it on low flame until it turns golden brown.

3- Now add 1 tablespoon peanuts and fry till they become crisp.

4- Now add 1 tablespoon sesame, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon coriander and ¼ teaspoon fenugreek.

5- Fry these ingredients on low flame until aroma comes out.

6- Now add ¼ cup dry coconut and fry it well.

7- Let it cool completely. Then put it in the blender.

8- Now add 1 tablespoon chilli powder, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon mango powder, a pinch of asafoetida and ½ teaspoon salt.

9- Grind this mixture coarsely without using water.

10- Dry garlic chutney is ready. You can use it in Vada Pav, Dry Bhel, Batata Vada etc.
