2 boiled potatoes
2 green chillies
1 inch ginger
green coriander
Rock Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp ghee

Method for making Paratha

To make Falahari Aloo Ka Paratha, first of all you have to wash the Sabudana thoroughly and soak it in water for 5-6 hours. When it swells and becomes soft, take it out of the water and dry it.

Drain all the water and add boiled potatoes to the sabudana and mash it well. To prepare the dough of potato and sabudana, you can add a little buckwheat flour to it. This will also make it easier to roll it.

Now after mixing it properly, add chopped green chilies, ginger, green coriander, rock salt and black pepper powder to it. Mix all these ingredients well. Now your dough or paratha dough is ready. Finally, make small balls of it and then roll it round with the help of a rolling pin.

If it sticks while rolling, sprinkle some buckwheat flour on it. Now place the paratha on the pan and fry it on both sides until it becomes golden and crispy. Remember, you can also serve it with just vegetarian chutney and curd.
