what is broccoli
Many varieties of cauliflower are found all over the world. Broccoli is also one of those, which can be grown in all types of soil. If you do not earn well from cauliflower or cabbage farming, then you can grow broccoli. There is a lot of demand for this vegetable in the cities. It is cultivated in cold or low temperature areas. In North India, the month of December is most suitable for its sowing and transplanting, from which good production can be taken till March.

Both these varieties ripen in 75 to 85 days after transplanting. Vitamin-A is also in abundance in these. Their color is definitely the center of attraction. Their size is also more than ordinary cabbage.
