Punjab Civil Services Examination: If you are looking for a government job then this news is very useful for you. Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has decided to recruit for bumper posts in various government departments through Punjab State Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination (PSSCSCCE) for 2025. The application process for this recruitment has started.
Eligible and interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website ppsc.gov.in. Apart from this, candidates can also follow the steps given here. The last date to apply for the campaign is 31 January. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 322 posts will be recruited in different departments in the state. According to reports, earlier the notification of Punjab PCS exam had come in 2020. At present the tentative date of prelims exam is in April.

Candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria as per the Punjab State Civil Services (Appointment by Combined Competitive Examination) Rules 2009, Punjab Civil Services (Executive Branch) Rules 1976 and other government instructions.
age limit
According to the notification, the age of the candidates applying for this recruitment should be between 21 years to 37 years. Whereas candidates applying from reserved categories will get relaxation in the maximum age limit. The maximum age limit for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Backward Castes of the state is 42 years. Whereas for Punjab Government employees, employees of Boards/Corporations/Commissions and Central Government employees, the maximum age limit has been fixed at 45 years. But no age relaxation has been given for Punjab Police Service.

Candidates applying for this examination will have to go through three stages. Which includes preliminary examination, main examination and interview.

- Then candidates open the Apply/View tab.
- After this the candidates should enter the necessary details.
- After this the candidates fill the application form.
- Now candidates pay the application fee.
- Then candidates submit the form.
- Now take a print out of it for further need.
