Govt Jobs: The Punjab Public Service Commission had recently announced recruitment for the bumper post of Agriculture Officer. The process of application on these is going on for some time and the last date to apply is also going to come soon. Those candidates who wish to apply for these posts but have not been able to apply for any reason, should fill the form as soon as possible. The last date to apply for these posts of Punjab Agriculture Development Officer is about to come. The last date is 29 December 2022.
Know the important information related to the application
- A total of 200 posts of Agriculture Development Officer will be filled through this recruitment drive.
- Those candidates can apply for these who have a graduation degree in Agriculture i.e. those who have done B.Sc AG.
- It is also mandatory to have at least 60 percent marks in B.Sc., as well as the degree must have been taken from a recognized university, it is also necessary.
- Talking about the age limit, only those candidates whose age is between 18 to 37 years can apply for these posts.
- Candidate must have studied Punjabi as a subject up to matriculation, it is also necessary.
- Candidates will be selected for these vacancies through written test and interview. The written test will be of 480 marks and the interview will be of 60 marks.
- The paper will be conducted offline and two hours will be given to solve it.
- If we talk about the fee, then to apply for these posts, the general category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 1500. Reserved category will get fee exemption.
- If selected, the candidates will be given a salary of around Rs 45,000 per month.
- These vacancies are for Group A and the candidates will be appointed under the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of Punjab.
