Material

  • Spinach chopped – two bundles
  • Fenugreek Chopped – 1 bundle
  • Oil two to three spoons – oil
  • 3 to 4 finely chopped onions
  • Tomatoes 3 to 4 grinded
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Garlic 5 to 6 cloves
  • coriander leaves
  • 8 to 10 cashews
  • curd a big bowl
  • red chili one spoon
  • Degi chili half teaspoon
  • garam masala half teaspoon
  • coriander powder two spoons
  • Kasturi Methi one spoon
  • salt to taste

Hariyali Chicken Recipe

  • First of all, wash the chicken cleanly.
  • Now mix curd, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, dry fenugreek and lemon in a bowl.
  • Now put the chicken pieces in it and marinate them. Cover this bowl and keep it for some time to settle.
  • Now on the other side, heat oil in a pan and put three to four onions into a paste, fry it till it turns golden brown.
  • Now grind tomato in equal quantity and mix it with onion.
  • Now grind spinach, fenugreek and ginger garlic, green chillies, cashew nuts in a mixer, and mix them in the onion and tomato gravy.
  • If you want, you can also add degi chili on top. Now put marinated chicken in it and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  • When it is cooked, add garam masala and salt on top.
  • Lastly, to make the chicken even tastier, add a cup of fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Your Hariyali Chicken is ready, which you can serve with roti, lachha paratha or rice.
