The case of the death of a female employee in PWD in the year 2020 has become hot. Some people in the department itself say that the woman did not die a natural death. She was raped and then murdered.
In the report of the investigation committee constituted by the department in this regard, it has been said that since the case is of criminal nature, sending it to a police department other than the department can be considered.
The investigation committee included Superintending Engineer SK Rawat, Law Officer Ashutosh Upadhyay and personal assistant Pramod Kumar Gupta.
The investigating committee says that the workers who are being accused of rape and murder have been working at the same place for a long time. One of these workers has been working at the same place for 19 years.
