Speaking to Local 18, Urmila Desai said, “First of all, chop the milk chocolate finely and melt it. Chocolate can be easily melted in the microwave for one minute or by double boiling method on gas. Then let it cool for about 1 to 1 ½ minutes. Now pour the melted chocolate into the mold. Don’t fill the mold completely, as you want to create layers for each chocolate. Place the biscuit waffle in the melted chocolate and then add another layer of chocolate on top.”
He further told that add cashew nuts and almond pieces in it. Now add another layer of chocolate on top and keep it in the freezer to set. After removing it from the freezer, your chocolate is ready. There are many good papers available in the market for wrapping chocolates. You can carefully take out the frozen chocolate and wrap it in designer paper.
Ingredients for Chocolate
Milk compound chocolate base, cashew nuts, almonds, biscuit waffles, chocolate wrapping paper etc.
