Twinkle and Rinke were on the other side of him. Dimple was standing near his daughters. Anju Mahendru was also in the house that day, she was near the door of the room.’
Anju used to take care of the medicines
While talking to Times of India, Mahesh Bhatt said- ‘When I came to know about Rajesh’s death, tears came to my eyes. I thought of Anju because I knew that she would be saddened by Rajesh’s death. I somehow spoke to Anju at midnight and came to know that in the last few years, Rajesh and Anju had come together. She used to take care of Rajesh’s medicines and used to go to the hospital with him. When Rajesh took his last breath, Anju was holding his hand.’
