Ingredients of Rajma Chaat
1 cup chopped red kidney beans
1 capsicum (green chili)
1/4 cup boiled corn
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 medium onion
1 carrot
salt as required
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1 green chili
How to make Rajma Chaat
Step 1- Cut the vegetables
Cut all the vegetables like onions, capsicum, carrots, green chillies into small pieces and take them out in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 2- Add kidney beans and corn
Put boiled kidney beans and corn in a bowl and toss it well to mix everything.
Step 3- Ready to serve
Garnish the salad with chopped coriander and serve. You can easily make this Rajma Chaat. This wonderful recipe can prove to be perfect for you in light hunger.
