Number has to be written before the name
The election department official said that the names of 11 candidates will be on the ballot paper. The voter will have to write the number next to the name of the candidate with the special pen of the Election Commission. For example, if a BJP MLA wants to vote for party candidate Sudhanshu Trivedi, then he will have to write 1 in front of his name with PAN. If any MLA wants to give first preference vote to Sudhansh Trivedi and second preference to Sanjay Seth, then he will have to write 1 in front of Trivedi’s name and 2 in front of Sanjay Seth’s name.
If you write with your pen, your vote will be rejected.
All MLAs will have to vote only with the special pen of the election department. If a voter writes the number with his pen, the vote will be rejected. He said that special pens have been made by the Commission for voting. Its ink and point size are different from common pens.
