Business organizations across the country are preparing to celebrate a nationwide festival regarding Ram Temple. The tune of Ram will be played in the markets of Delhi for the next 11 days. Before the consecration of Ram in Ayodhya, Delhi will rejoice with the 11-day special ritual of PM Modi with drums, musical instruments and shehnai. Praveen Khandelwal, National General Secretary of Confederation of All India Traders (CAT), said, there is an atmosphere of great enthusiasm and joy among the traders across the country including Delhi regarding the consecration of Shri Ram Temple to be held on January 22. Due to this, huge preparations are already being made in the markets across the country to celebrate the festival and Mahadiwali. Local business organizations in Delhi and all the cities of the country have planned to organize thousands of different programs on a large scale. In all these programs, while there will be an expression of devotion, on the other hand there will also be a big business. Small class people will also get huge employment.
Many major decisions have been taken in the presence of more than 200 major business organizations of Delhi in the Ram Samvad program organized at the Constitution Club in New Delhi on Friday. Khandelwal said, business associations across the country including Delhi have started a round of meetings with their members. CAT has named it Ram Samvad. In these meetings, all the programs are being planned and implemented. There is a huge demand for many goods and services to decorate the markets. There is a high demand for LED displays and sound systems to brighten up the markets nationwide on 22 January. Through these, live telecast of Ayodhya will be shown to the people.
There are plans to organize many big programs to make the markets musical with the tune of Ram through traditional Indian music bands and indigenous instruments like Dhol, Taash, Nafiri and Shehnai. A large number of skilled artists, who create tableaux of India’s rich cultural heritage and Ram, are in great demand. Local musical groups, singers and folk singers and other similar people are also being booked to organize programs in large numbers. A program is being made to organize scooter rallies, car rallies and Shri Ram Marathon. Ram Pheri and Ram Chowkiyas at various places in the markets will contribute to enhancing the glow of the festival.
Religious books are being sold on a large scale in the country. The demand for attractive models of Ram Mandir in the market is continuously increasing. While business organizations are planning to give models to their members, on the other hand the trend of gifting these models has increased very rapidly.
The special thing is that models of Ram temple are being given as gifts to the relatives and relatives coming for the weddings to be held in the near future. There are also plans to gift Ram temple by many temples, trusts and other institutions. On January 22, markets nationwide will be decorated with colorful lights and flags. This will create a Ram-loving atmosphere in the country. A comprehensive plan is also being made to decorate the markets or temples near them. While traders will decorate their shops and houses with flowers and lights, they will also be illuminated with rows of earthen lamps.
Bhandaras will be set up in a large number of markets in different parts of the country. A program to provide raw food items, lamps and other items to the deprived class to celebrate festivals like Diwali is also being made on a large scale. Due to the extensive preparations being done on such a large scale and various types of programs and festivals, it is expected that this will generate huge business in the country. This will provide a significant boost to the local and national economy.
Khandelwal said, this festival of January 22 is not only a religious and cultural event, but also an interview of the unity and diversity of our nation. Business organizations across the country including Delhi are working day and night with full dedication in this campaign with the aim of making this occasion a memorable and prosperous experience. More than 200 Ram Samvad programs will be held in various markets in Delhi for the next ten days. There will be large scale religious programs including more than 1000 Shri Ram Chowki, Shri Ram Kirtan, recitation of Shri Sunderkand, 24-hour continuous Ramayana recitation, 24-hour continuous lamp lighting and Bhajan Sandhya. More than 200 major markets of Delhi and a large number of small markets will also be decorated with flags and strings of Shri Ram. There will be electric lights in every market. There will be more than 300 Shri Ram Pheri and Shri Ram Pad Yatra programs in various markets of Delhi.
Lakhs of earthen lamps will be lit in all the markets and houses and shops of traders in Delhi. Various associations are providing 5 or 11 lamps to their members. More than 500 LEDs and sound systems will be installed. Dhol, Tashe, Nafiri will be played at more than 300 places and more than 100 Shri Ram Shobha Yatra will be taken out in the markets. In many processions, women will participate in the procession in traditional attire with Shri Ram Kalash on their heads. There will be programs of folk dancers and folk singers in many markets of Delhi. For this, artists are being called from Vrindavan and Jaipur. Models of Shri Ram Temple will be kept in the markets.
