Priyank Kharge On Ram Mandir Inauguration: Four Shankaracharyas allegedly refused to participate in the consecration program of Ram temple to be held on January 22 in Ayodhya. Regarding this, Congress targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and said that BJP is inaugurating the under construction place of worship because this year Lok Sabha Elections Are going to happen.
Why is BJP not listening to saints – Congress
The Congress party had said on Wednesday (January 10) that it would not go to the Pran Pratishtha program, after which the BJP had called the Congress anti-Hindu. After this, Karnataka Congress leader Priyank Kharge asked why BJP is not listening to the saints?
He said, “All the four Shankaracharyas and saints are saying that the Ram temple is incomplete and the way Ramlala’s installation is being done is not right. BJP has no work. When Shankaracharya is not going, then what will BJP do if we go? It will be beneficial. What is Shankaracharya saying, why is BJP not listening?”
Shankaracharya will not attend Ram Mandir program
On Wednesday (January 10), Jyotirmath chief Shankaracharya Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati of Uttarakhand had announced that four prominent Shankaracharyas would not attend the Ram temple program. He had said, “This ceremony is being organized against the holy scriptures. The consecration ceremony is taking place without the completion of the construction of the temple.” Earlier, Nischalanand Saraswati, head of Puri’s Govardhan Math, had said that he would not attend the ceremony.
Many opposition leaders will not attend
Many opposition leaders, including CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, have refused to attend the program to be held in Ayodhya. On January 22, the idol of Lord Ram will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. Prime Minister in this program Narendra ModiMany BJP leaders, actors, sportspersons, celebrities and thousands of saints are expected to attend.
