BJP candidate Lallu Singh had said that the party needs 400 seats to change the constitution. Kashi factor also remained ineffective

The issue of Muslim reservation was also left behind
To return to power, BJP also resorted to OBC and Muslim card in Uttar Pradesh, but that too was ineffective. Here Anupriya Patel, OP Rajbhar, Sanjay Nishad also could not show their magic, as a result of which OBC votes got scattered from BJP. During the election campaign, from Narendra Modi to all the big leaders of BJP dominated Congress on the issue of Muslim reservation.
BJP leaders used to allege in rallies that Congress will snatch the reservation of OBC, SC and ST and give it to Muslims, but this campaign of BJP did not work. The party leaders failed to explain this issue to the voters.
The issue of unemployment overshadows the slogan of free ration
