Rashtriya Janata Dal MLA Fateh Bahadur Singh, who has been in the news for making controversial statements for the last few days, is once again in the news. This time again he has made controversial remarks on Ayodhya and Lord Shri Ram. RJD worker Fateh Bahadur Singh, who reached Jamui to participate in the dialogue conference, said while talking to the media that Ayodhya was built by cutting the heads of Buddhist monks. Saryu river is a witness to this. Earlier its name used to be Saket. But, when King Vrihadratha was murdered by Pushyamitra Shunga. After that lakhs of Buddhist monks were murdered. Then the Saryu river turned red with the blood of Buddhist monks. During this time itself its name was changed from Saket to Ayodhya.
RJD MLAs did not stop here. He said that Lord Ram is a fictional character. I do not say this but the Supreme Court had said this in one of its orders. He said that before Lord Ram, Gautam Buddha came to this earth. It is also written at one place in canto number 109, chaupai number 134 of Valmiki Ramayana. Buddha and his followers should be given the same punishment as a thief. Buddha has been mentioned in Valmiki Ramayana which shows that Gautam Buddha had come first. Ramayana or Ramcharitmanas was written in the 15th century. Whereas Buddha’s existence is even older than that.
You would have gone to the temple and registered for primary.
The RJD MLA who gave the controversial statement further said that if everything would have been done by the construction of the temple, then when the RJD leader gave a controversial statement on Ram Charitra Manas, then you would have to go to the police station to file an FIR against him. There was no need. You would have gone to the temple and got registered for primary. He said that during the Corona period, when there was chaos, patients were being admitted to the hospital. At that time people should have been kept in the temple. Whereas at that time the doors of the temples were closed.
Central government should make a list of those who put their lives in stone
Making controversial remarks again on the Pran Pratishtha program, Fateh Bahadur Singh said that if life will be injected into Lord Ram on January 22, it means that before that Lord Ram was lifeless. He said that the job of political parties is to bring development for the people. Not that a temple has to be built. Remains of Emperor Ashoka and Gautam Buddha have been found in Ayodhya. He said that the Central Government should make a list of those who are sacrificing their lives and after making the list, the Central Government should deploy those who are sacrificing their lives with every battalion on the borders of the country and in all the hospitals of the country. . This will mean that when soldiers die on the border, these people will sacrifice their lives and those who die in the hospital will also sacrifice their lives.
