Dipika Chikhlia married her real life ‘Ram’ aka Hemant Topiwala (Dipika Chikhlia Husband Hemant Topiwala) on 22 November 1991 itself. Hemant is a businessman, who once used to own a cosmetic brand named ‘Shringar’. Deepika had once told how she had her first meeting with Hemant. Deepika’s first meeting with Hemant was on the sets of her debut film ‘Sun Meri Laila’, when she had to add ‘Shringar Kajal’ for a scene. At that time Hemant had come on the set to watch the shoot and that was when they met for the first time.
How did Deepika-Hemant fall in love?
Deepika had told that after the first meeting, even though she and Hemant had become busy in their respective work, but often both of them used to miss each other. Along with studies, Hemant had started helping his father’s business and Deepika was busy making a career in the industry. After years, the eyes of both collided again. Hemant and Deepika met for the second time in the beauty parlour. After this, both of them met on 28 April 1991 through a family friend. There was a conversation between them for two hours and in these two hours both of them decided to be together forever.

Deepika and Hemant came home and told their parents about their life partner and got engaged a day later i.e. on 29 April 1991. In the same year, he was also tied in the bond of marriage. The couple has two daughters, whose names are Juhi and Nidhi.
