Actually, Karisma Kapoor had a heated argument with Raveena Tandon. At one time, both of them were considered to be among the top actresses. But things did not work out between them and they fought at the airport during the shooting of the film ‘Aatish’. Now, years later, Raveena Tandon has broken her silence on this matter and said that it was not a catfight.
‘There was never a fight’
In an interview to Filmfare, Raveena Tandon said, ‘It was never a catfight. I don’t agree with this, there was never a catfight. There can be a discussion. Raveena further said, ‘There was never any fight. It was all publicised and all this. There was no social media in those days. If you haven’t really reached there, how can you clear it?’
‘The public wants masala, let it go’
Raveena says- ‘In those days, there used to be boxing between men, so what would you call them? Women did not do it. Mostly we would have such discussions, what is wrong in this? Let’s end the differences. But some people did not want to do this, so it became a fight. There was no catfight. It was always masala and it was something that we learned to take to our success that the public wants masala, let it go.’
