Ingredients to make Lauki Chow Mein
1 long gourd
2 tbsp oil
1 packet Maggi Tastemaker Masala
1 finely chopped onion
half chopped capsicum
2 finely chopped green chillies
2-3 finely chopped garlic
half inch finely chopped ginger
salt as per taste
1 spoon tomato sauce

Method to make it
First of all, wash a bottle gourd and cut it lengthwise. For this, a shaper is available in the market, with the help of which the gourd will be cut exactly like noodles. Keep in mind, you should not use bottle gourd peel in this. Now put a pan on the gas and let it heat. Put 2 tablespoons oil in the pan and heat it. Now add onion and fry it. When onion turns golden brown, then add capsicum, green chilli and ginger-garlic. If you want, you can also make a fine paste of ginger-garlic and add it to it. After this add salt and mix. After cooking for 2-3 minutes, add Maggi tastemaker masala to it. After frying for some time, add red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Now add tomato sauce in it and mix it, then add the noodles prepared from bottle gourd and fry well. If you had added less salt in the first stage, then after adding the noodles, add a little more salt. Be careful not to add too much salt. After this, add some water to these noodles and leave them to cook. If you want the noodles to be completely dry then sprinkle a few drops of water so that they do not stick to the pan. Cook them while stirring for 3-4 minutes and turn off the gas. Your healthy and tasty bottle gourd noodles are ready.
