During a conversation with News18, Kailash Arora, the owner of Kailash Arora’s Leafy Chaat, says that it has been almost 5 years since he sold this chaat at Triveni Ghat and people like its taste very much. Earlier he used to work in Sari Mahal. He further says that in Rishikesh you will not find this leafy chaat anywhere else but only here.
How is this unique chaat made?
They tell that curd, crispy shortbread, chutney, potatoes, moong bhalle etc. are mixed together to make this chaat and this chaat is served. This chaat is served in a special leaf, and it is such a leaf that is not available everywhere. Along with this, they also tell that there are many benefits of eating this leaf, first it is good for digestion and secondly it is beneficial for our health.

Near them you will get one medium and large two types of chaat. Talking about the price, the price of medium chaat is ₹ 50, which is enough for one person, while the price of large chaat is ₹ 100, which 2 to 3 people can eat comfortably.
